PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Sanitary tank bottom valves are pneumatically operated single-seat valves that are installed on the bottom of tanks and are used in industries such as dairy, food processing, beverage production, pharmaceutical and fine chemicals. It has the advantages of no dead angle, no residue, no leakage and good sealing performance. The inside of the valve is mirror polished with a roughness of 0.2-0.45μm, making the valve cleaner to use.

The tank bottom valve uses compressed air to push the piston in the pneumatic actuator to move up, and the piston rod is connected to the valve stem. At the same time, when the air compression pushes the piston in the pneumatic actuator to move up, it also pushes the valve stem and valve seat to move up, the valve seat Extend into the container and open the valve. When the air compression is lower than the spring force or there is no gas compression, under the action of the spring, the piston pushes down and drives the valve stem down and closes the valve. The valve seat is opened and raised to the inside of the tank bottom, which effectively prevents the accidental opening of the valve due to excessive pressure in the tank.

working principle:
